Forum Events & Covid-19
Due to the current Coronavirus (Covid-19) threat and the Forum's upcoming events we would ask that you take note of the below message.
The growth in the number of coronavirus cases in the UK is an obvious cause for concern, but until Government advice changes, City Architecture Forum events will be going ahead unless we are advised otherwise by event hosts.
However, if you have visited or been in direct contact with anyone who has visited any of the following locations, you should NOT attend an event:
Hubei province in China (even if you do not have symptoms), since 19 February
Iran, lockdown areas of northern Italy or special care zones of South Korea, since 19 February (even if you do not have symptoms)
Other parts of mainland China or South Korea, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan or Thailand in the last 14 days and have a cough, high temperature or shortness of breath (even if your symptoms are mild)
Other parts of Italy, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar or Vietnam since 19 February and have a cough, high temperature or shortness of breath (even if your symptoms are mild)
Advice to all is to reduce the risk of spreading infection and we would ask everyone to ensure you wash your hands thoroughly for 20 seconds, avoid shaking hands and sharing drinks.
If you fall into any of the categories above, are displaying symptoms, or have any underlying health issues we would ask that you do not come to an event - contact us and we will arrange a refund - please get in contact with the Forum via firstname.lastname@example.org
We will update this advice should the policy change.
